You may wish to engage in therapy to address longstanding issues or perhaps you find yourself going through a turbulent time and talking to friends or family may not feel like an option. Counselling and psychotherapy have been found to be extremely useful in these circumstances and are highly recommended by GPs and other health professionals.  As a Counselling Psychologist with over ten years of experience, I work across different therapeutic modalities.  How we work will depend on what you would like to address in our sessions.  I also offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, or CBT, the current treatment of choice in the NHS.  I am accredited with the main CBT registering body:  the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies.

My Experience

Previous professional experience involves Clinical Supervision of trainee psychologists at the University of East London and employment at The Priory Hospital as a Psychological Therapist in the Primary Care Team. I also conduct Clinical Assessments for West London Centre for Counselling (WLCC) on an ad-hoc basis.

Alongside private practice, I am on the Affiliate Network of BUPA Private Healthcare, various private healthcare providers, Moving Minds and several other London-based EAPs.

What type of therapy?

It can feel overwhelming approaching a therapist to open up about what is troubling  in the first place.  To try to figure out what type of therapy might be the most suitable, can make that  initial step even more challenging.  Due to my professional and educational background, I can genuinely help you with this.  Having gained experience in diverse professional settings in the past ten years along with solid psychological and psychotherapeutic training, I can offer therapy in an integrative way (incorporating different therapeutic styles) or in specific therapeutic approaches.  For more on my therapeutic philosophy, please click on the link above.

Ultimately, a considerably body of research suggests that it is the relationship you build with your therapist that is most crucial in helping you find your way out of emotional difficulties.  Regardless of the therapeutic approach, my aim in our work together is to ensure you feel heard while you make progress in reaching your goals towards wellbeing.


Therapy can take place in either or three locations:  1) At Body and Soul Zone in Ealing, two minute walk from Ealing Broadway in West London,2) at Castlebar Park, off of Pitshanger Village in Ealing  or  3) only minutes from Oxford Circus.

Therapy can be offered in both English and Spanish, in person or via Skype. Minimum age for those treated in our practice is 15.
